Valmiera Marathon 2011

MARATHON: 42.195 km (carried out in four rounds). Race will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2011, in Valmiera.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Competitions organized by the association "Sports Club SportLat" team, in collaboration with the Valmiera City Council and the Latvian Athletic Union.
Competition is being run SportLat approved panel.

Start the corridors should take according to numbers of judges and instructions.
Time (maximum) limit marathon performance - 5h and 30 min.

The event will be certified on the track, according to the rules of the organization of the marathon.

All finishing gets a chance to do www.valmieras-maratons.lv after publication of the results to print yourself a certificate / diploma as well as the finish will receive a commemorative medal.
LATVIAN CHAMPIONSHIP EVALUATION AND AWARDING
During the race is won the following titles:
1st LČ MARATHON adults (women and men)
- wins the persons who were born in 1995, and over
2nd LČ MARATHON juniors (juniors and juniors)
- wins the persons who were born between 1992 and 1993 (you can fight in addition to the adult championship title)
Latvian Champion title wins ONLY Latvian citizens or permanent residents.

Participation fee includes : participant number, MyLaps (Champion Chip) timing chip rental, commemorative medal finishing EACH member, post party marathon and half marathon participants, support personnel, providing distance, race insurance, watering distance and snacks at the finish, as well as any finishing - Memorial diploma / certificate.
Marathon shirt with logos - Newline quality running shirt.
Only available for a fee - 10, - EUR. Must apply and pay for the shirt website www.valmieras-maratons.lv!
PASTA PARTY - will be held September 17 at. 19:00 a tent on the lawn opposite the Valmiera City Council.
Marathon and Half Marathon participants included in the participation fee!
Participants in the competition does not, money paid is not refundable!

- competition day and the day before the competition - the competition at the reception - in a tent opposite the Valmiera City Council.
The type of payment, when applying www.valmieras-maratons.lv:
- swedlink current form (Swedbank's customers switched their Internet banking)
- Nordea's current form (Nordea Bank customers who switched their Internet banking)
- by transfer to the Sports Club SportLat account (see details), the payment order shall contain: the name of competition, member name, member name, identity number, age group.
- using credit and debit card payments online (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro etc.). Your credit-/debit be activated option - pay online using a 3D-secure connection.
IF ENTRY FEE TO RACE DAY is not repaid, RACE DAY TO PAY FULL FEE! MEMBERSHIP FEES amount shall be the date on which they are paid, not according to the filing.

PHONE RECEPTION
Numbers of participants who have applied to 15 September (inclusive), will be issued on September 17 at. 10:00 to 18:00 and 8septembrī (race day) from at. 10:00 race at the reception.
TRACK AND TIME MEASUREMENT
Distance, time spent will be measured by MyLaps (Champion Chip) systems.
EVENT CANCELLATION / TRANSFERS
SPORTLAT unforeseeable circumstances may cancel or postpone the race by giving the website www.sportlat.lv, as well as sending out an e-mail SPORTLAT database available to athletes. Information also available by sending questions via e-mail sportlat@sportlat.lv or by calling 67,291,526th
SECURITY
Each participant, registering for the race online or race day, with his signature that takes full responsibility for their health for the course distance. Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible person who signs the form. The organizers are not responsible for possible injuries during the race, but will provide emergency medical presence in the competition.
CHANGES TO THE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
The organizers have the right to make changes and additions to the regulations. Information can be obtained by calling 67,291,526th Organizers are not responsible for the ignorance of the statute.
PROTESTS
Claims are accepted for paying 20, - EUR. Substantiated claims the money is returned.
