In July – Chance to go for a drive by Gauja river with Gauja tram (water bus). Start – Valmiera’s boat dock (Pilskalna Street). 12.07. at 7.00 p.m. – Concert by saxophone quartet “n[ex]t move”. In a programme: music of Chick Corea, Josef Zawinul, James Brown, Herbie Hancock and others, also there will be arranged Latvian folk songs in jazz style by Inga Meijere. Quartet made by: Inga Meijere (soprano/alto saxophone), Baiba Tauriņa (alto saxophone), Katrīna Kivleniece (tenor saxophone), Anete Stikāne (baritone saxophone). Entrance fee: 5 LVL.
